The LinkedIn Company Cover size (1128×191px)
A LinkedIn company page cover is an unusually wide, short band at 1128x191 pixels, roughly 5.9:1. This slim strip runs across the top of your organization's page, so the design constraint is real: you have lots of width but very little height to work with, which rules out tall imagery or stacked text.
Because the band is so short, fine detail and small type get lost. The best company covers use a simple horizontal composition, a tagline, a product line, or a clean brand pattern, that reads across the width rather than trying to fit a full poster into a sliver. Keep any text on a single line and large enough to survive mobile scaling.
The company logo displays in a box that overlaps the lower-left of the cover, so keep that corner clear. LinkedIn also trims the cover slightly on smaller screens, so hold important content within a centered horizontal safe zone. A restrained, brand-forward strip looks far more polished here than a busy graphic squeezed into 191 pixels of height.
